Методическая разработка урока в 7 классе

по учебнику Биболетовой М,З.«Enjoy English».

Тема:
“Countries and nationalities”.
Задачи:
Ознакомить учащихся с историческими фактами, известными людьми своей и других стран. Воспитание чувства гордости за свою страну, за свой родной город. Развитие навыков аудирования , навыков монологической и диалогической речи. Тренировать в устной речи с использованием структуры “to be famous for..”
Оборудование:
Проектор, экран, компьютер, CD и DVD диски. Ход урока: 1. Вступление. Good morning , children! Now I’ll show you a video , it will help you to guess what we are going to speak about in our lesson today . Показ видео “ I went … I saw “ As you see it, the topic of our lesson is “Countries and nationalities”. Did you like this song? It is very energetic and lovely. Which countries have you heard in this song? Which countries do you know? Which nationalities live in our Republic? 2. Let‘s do Ex. 7 p. 36. These countries are famous for something, for example, Egypt is famous for pyramids. Students: Australia is famous for cangaroos. China is famous for the Great Wall of China. Greece is famous for the Olympic Games. Italy is famous for Colosseum. The USA is famous for skyscrapers Russia is famous for churches Antarctica is famous for penguins. Ok, what do you know about our Republic? What is it famous for? Which famous writers, painters, composers and sportsmen do you know? Which industries are developed here? 3. Аудирование (ex.9 p. 36 ) Listen to what the conference participants say about their countries. Try to guess which country they are from. Say why you think so. Example: Alison is from…
I think so because, she…. 3. Match the person, his occupation, and the country where he/she is from. (Workbook ex.1 p 26). For example: Elisabeth is the queen of the UK. Students: Mark Twain is the writer of the USA. Rameses the Great is the Pharaoh of ancient Egypt. Pablo Picasso is the painter of Spain. Ludwig van Beethoven is the composer of Germany. Jacques Cousreau is the wild life researcher of France. 4. Listen to and repeat the names of languages . (ex 12 p 37) Now work in pairs and ask each other which languages people speak in different countries. Example: -Which language do people speak in China? - In China people speak Chinese. 6. Write the words in three columns. Read them. (Workbook . Ex. 1 p. 25) 7. Interview your classmates. Where are the following cities? Tick the right box. (Textbook. ex . 6 p 35) The lesson is over.
