Голос: Ladies and gentlemen! Please, all rise to greet the Queen of Great Britain!!!!!

( Звучит гимн Великобритании, выходит Королева(учитель английского языка) в сопровождении

ведущей. Королева приветственно машет всем рукой)

Ведущая: (обращаясь к Королеве) Your Majesty! It’s a great honour for us to see you in our

Lyceum. People who have come for today’s concert all love English language, respect

English people, their culture and traditions. It’s a special day today as the English week has

come to an end and we would like to demonstrate our talents in singing, dancing, acting and

reciting the poems. Be our honourable guest and enjoy the concert.

Королева: Thank you very much. (Обращаясь к ведущей) Your English is excellent!

Ведущая: Thanks a lot.

Ведущая: Ladies and gentlemen! To make our concert more exciting we have invited some famous

English people and literature characters to help me hold this concert. So welcome our

First guests Alice from Wonderland and the Rabbit!

(Звучит музыка из фильма. Выбегает Кролик, суетится. Алиса за ним наблюдает)

Кролик: Oh dear! Oh dear! I shall be too late! I shall be too late! (смотрит на часы)

Алиса: Hey, Rabbit, late for what???

Кролик: Late for the concert in Lyceum 130, of course!

Алиса: But you are already at the concert. Look around!

Кролик: Oh, thanks God! I’m not late! (вздыхает с облегчением)

Алиса: Listen, Rabbit! You’re so active and energetic. You must be a good dancer!

Кролик: No, no!!! I’m really bad at dancing. But I know who is the best. It’s Стёпин Кирилл!!!

Алиса и Кролик вместе: Please, welcome ………., Irish Dancing!

(Ирландский танец)

(После танца Кролик пытается повторить движения. Алиса стоит в задумчивости)

Кролик: I wish I could dance like Кирилл. But alas!!! (Смотрит на Алису)

Hey, Alice? What’s up? You look so romantic!

Алиса: You’re right! Spring is in the air and I dream about a wonderful Prince who will come and

lay his eyes on me!

Кролик: Maybe, the song “Eyes on you” will raise your mood!

Алиса и Кролик вместе: The song “Eyes on you” and the singer is ……!

(Песня «Eyes on you” by ……. На экране идёт видеоряд.)

Алиса: Terrific!!! Rabbit, you’re always so fussy! Why not stop and smell the flowers!

Well, tell me what you enjoy doing in your leisure time!

Кролик: I, I……. I have no free time! I have to hurry!

Алиса: Wait ! You’d better listen to the poem “Leisure” written by William Henry Davies.

Кролик: recited and translated by ……….!

Алиса: What a nice poem! Thank you, Julia.

Кролик: Look, Alice! (достаёт часы) It’ time to go or I’ll be late again!!!!!

Алиса: Hey! ! We have one more performance!

Кролик: What is it?

Алиса: It’s the song. “Hey” You’ll like it! And the singers are ………….. …………

Ведущая: Thank you girls. It was incredible! Alice and Rabbit, you were great too!!! Thanks and

Ведущая: Well, you know that English language is rich in different sayings and words of wisdom.

Let’s check how well you know them. The pupils from the 6

th

forms will act out some

sayings. Try to guess their meanings.

Ведущая : And now, ladies and gentlemen, let’s emerge into the atmosphere of the sixties.

(Звучит саундтрек к фильму «Завтрак у Тиффани». Две леди сидят за

cтоликом, пьют чай и ведут беседу)

Леди 1: Jane, dear, how was your trip to Ireland?

Леди 2: Оh, it was amazing!!! Just imagine- green emerald hills, mysterious castles and beautiful

music! I even learned some elements of Irish dancing!

Леди 1: Really? Will you give me some lessons, please!

Леди 2: All right. But first let’s see how ……….. will kick, leap and tap. Please, welcome

…………….with Irish dancing.

( Ирландский танец)

Леди 1`: Perfect!!!! It reminded me of the time when we were schoolgirls. No problems, no bills

no taxes. Just sheer happiness!

Леди 2: Yes. Sweet dreams and sweet memories.

Леди1: And how about listening to the song “Memories”?

Леди 2: Sounds great, Margaret! Welcome ……………. and the song “Memories”!!!!

Леди 2: Fantastic voice, isn’t it? Margaret, what a nice ring!!! Is it gold?

Леди 1: No, it’s silver. I adore silver.

Леди 2: Me too. Silver spoons, silver rain, silver moon.

Леди 1: What else can be silver? Let’s listen to …………. She will recite the poem “Silver”

Джон: Hello, everybody!!! We are back!!!! Back into the USSR!

Пол: John, it’s Russia!!! Novosibirsk, Lyceum 130!

Джон: Who cares?! People here are so marvelous!

Пол: And I like their girls names Екатерина, Елизавета, Алёнушка

Джордж: Анастасия

Пол: I wish I could dance walts with Anastasya.

Джон: Are you crazy????

Пол: Not at all! Watch!!!

Ринго: ……………….will sing the song”Anastasya”

Джордж: And …………, ……………, …………….. , …………. will dance slow walts. Please,

give them your warm applause!!

(Солистка и танцевальная группа)

Джон: Wow! Sometimes I think I could have been somebody else. What d’you think?

Пол: What are you talking about, John ? You've already chosen your road.

Джон: What road?

Пол: Abbey Road, of course. ( Слайд с диска)

Джон: But how many roads are not yet taken!

Ринго: Robert Frost thinks the same.

Джордж: Who is he? Is he British?

Пол: No, American. But he came from the British family.

Пол: And …………………..will read her translation. Welcome, girls!

Королева: Dear children and teachers, I am so impressed by your talents! I’ve heard about your

Lyceum a lot and I’m proud to see everything with my own eyes! Thank you so much

(Королева уходит)

Ведущая: Well, our concert is almost over. To finish it I invite the school rock band to sing some

very popular songs.
