Цели конференции:

1) Расширить знания студентов о своей Родине

2) Развитие у студентов навыков публичного выступления,

расширение словарного запаса, восприятие на слух иноязычной

речи.

Задачи конференции:

1) Выполнение поставленных целей.

2) Использование проектной методики при подготовке к

конференции.

Существует несколько видов самостоятельной внеаудиторной работы: научно-

практические конференции студентов, олимпиады, конкурсы и воспитательные

мероприятия. Данные виды деятельности повышают мотивацию студентов.

При подготовке к участию в конференции студенты проводят исследовательскую работу в

несколько этапов. Первый этап включает планирование научно-исследовательской

работы, включающее ознакомление и выбор темы.

Следующий этап включает выступление на научно-практической конференции.

Во время работы над исследованием у участников реализуется искусство поиска

информации по теме исследования, умение планировать свою работу, правильно ее

оформлять и представлять аудитории. Студент приучается творчески мыслить,

самостоятельно планировать свои действия и прогнозировать возможные варианты

презентации.

Такого рода деятельность характеризуется высокой коммуникативностью и предполагает

выражение своих собственных мнений, чувств и принятие личной ответственности за

работу, которую он выполняет. Важен и тот факт, что при подготовке материала студент

непроизвольно запоминает разнообразные лексические средства и грамматические

структуры, у него стимулируется развитее творческого мышления и воображения. То есть,

можно сказать, что работа над материалом конференции сочетается с созданием и

упрочением языковой базы

Russia is a country with big dreams and ideas. A country whose development horizons are

increasing and becoming more ambitious every time. In recent years, there has been a huge leap

in all spheres of human life, society and the state.

National projects of Russia are federal-scale national projects developed in three directions:

Healthcare• Education• Demographics

"Comfortable living environment" includes:

Safe and high-quality highways. Housing and urban environment

"Economic growth" includes: science, small and medium-sized enterprises and support for

entrepreneurial initiatives.

As part of the "national projects", many events are held throughout the country aimed at

improving the quality of life of our citizens. In my work, I suggest that you get to know how

Russia's National Projects have affected the life of our city.

Within the framework of the "Comfortable Living Environment" program, the following events

were held in Kamensk-Uralskiy:

Opening of Tevosyan Alley.

Opening of the city park "Cosmos".

Opening of the Boulevard of the Paris Commune.

Opening of the Iset River Embankment.

Increasing the fleet of urban public transport.

Opening of the Vityaz Boxing Development Center.

Opening of the Molodezhny Park.

Within the framework of the Human Capital program, the following events were held in

Kamensk-Uralskiy.

Opening of the Axiom Educational Center.

Opening of two kindergartens.

Numerous repairs in kindergartens, schools and secondary educational institutions.

You’ll see: Is it bigger than Los Angeles? What does it’s emblem mean. Why have they picked

those colors for their flag. Beauty of Moscow. The mighty power! The Future frontiers. National

variety of Russia. Great people of Russia.

Is it bigger than Los Angeles? Of course, it is, Russia is THE LARGEST country in the world

The emblem if Russian Federation. Every emblem has its own meaning, as for this one, it

means that Russia is right in the middle between Europe and Asia, and it shall be ready for

attacks from both sides. That’s why eagles are looking in both directions!

Additional meaning. In the center of the emblem there is a drawing of St. George the

Victorious, he is impaling the evil dragon. This is a representation of constant battle between

good and evil.

Look at those crowns! They mean that the Russia is divided into republics, territories and

regions

Plus, a crown itself means «ruled under justice of law».

The glorious flag! It’s white part resembles perfection and beauty. It’s blue part resembles

honesty, loyalty. It’s red part resembles manliness, strength, might.

Who made it? Peter the Great! It was made in 1693.

Moscow is the capital of Russian Federation. P.S. Although the capital city of Russia has been

changed a couple of times, as of now, Moscow is the center of economical growth in Russia.

World Famous Red square. World Famous Red square was made in 1434 as a market with

additional protection. Now it’s famous for it’s red bricks, large open spaces, beautiful structures

and Lenin's mausoleum.

The mighty power! Our economy is capable of lifting of such large energetic projects as:

Beloyarsk “infinite” nuclear reactor. Kola Wind Farm. The world's most powerful wind farm

beyond the Arctic Circle.

The Future frontiers. What are aiming towards? Unmanned delivery drones! Visiting the moon

once again!

There are so many of them! National variety of Russia is fascinating, there are over 190

nationalities united under one flag and one government!

Greatest of the great. Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. Current president of Russia. Born in

October 7 1952 in Leningrad. Known for his loyalty for Russia, great diplomatic capabilities and

beautiful eyes.

Man from the masses. Zadornov Mikhail Nikolayevich. Famous satirist, although he preferred

such nicknames as: journalist, prophet, historian, comedian. Was born in 1948 in Latvia. Became

famous for being a «mirror» of the reality. Sadly passed away at the age of 69 in 2017.

Pushkin is our everything! Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin. Was born in 1799 in Moscow.

Had an incredible, although short life of 37 years. His great poems inspired and lifted the

Russian language in the culture of Russia. Died in 1837.

3. Sadovnikov Dmitry. «Nuclear icebreakers of Russia».

The Northern Sea Route is a shipping route and the main sea communication route in the

Russian Arctic. One of the strategic goals of the Rosatom State Corporation is to make the

Northern Sea Route an effective transport artery connecting Europe, Russia and the Asia-Pacific

region.

The history of the domestic nuclear icebreaker fleet begins on December 3, 1959. On this day,

the world's first nuclear-powered icebreaker, Lenin, was put into operation.

Only with the advent of the nuclear icebreaker fleet in the 70s of the 20th century did the

Northern Sea Route begin to take shape as a national transport artery in the Arctic.

Today, the main work of Rosatomflot is related to ensuring the safety of navigation and stable

navigation, including transit, along the Northern Sea Route. Transportation of hydrocarbon and

other products to the markets of Asia and Europe along the NSR route can serve as a real

alternative to existing transport links between the countries of the Atlantic and Pacific basins

through the Suez and Panama Canals.

Rosatomflot has already included two universal nuclear. They were built in St. Petersburg, at the

shipyard of Baltic Shipyard - Shipbuilding LLC. These icebreakers are able to navigate convoys

of ships in Arctic conditions, breaking through ice up to 3 meters thick.

4.Kirchikov Roman. «Stone gates on the Iset’ River».

Features of the rock Stone Gate. Stone gates are rightfully considered the hallmark of the city

of Kamensk-Uralsky. This is the most beautiful and original rock on the Iset River, in the center

of which an unusual stone bridge was formed.

Specifications. The height of the cliff reaches 20 meters. A huge arch was formed in its center,

reflected in the name of the rock. The rectangular hole has a height of about 10 meters, a width

of 7-8 meters at the bottom and 4-5 meters at the top. The arch was formed in ancient times due

to the gradual destruction of rocks.

What's inside? The rock is composed of limestone. Limestone layers inclined to the east

(downstream of the Iset) are clearly visible. If you look closely, you can find interesting fossils

in places: brachiopods, sea lilies, colonial and solitary corals

Nature. Earth is a wonderful planet; its nature is diverse.

I'd like to see it again.

What can I say in conclusion? There are many attractions in our city. I wish you to visit them

Russia is a multinational state. More than 190 peoples live on the territory of Russia.

Russia is rich in its nature: forests, fields, meadows, mountain plains.

There are also a lot of traditional holidays in Russia. And here are some of them: Christmas,

carols, Maslenitsa, Easter.

An integral part of Russia is its sights. For example, the Kazan Kremlin, Red Square, Bolshoi

Theater, Hermitage.

On April 12, 1961, Soviet cosmonaut Major of the Air Force Yuri Alekseevich Gagarin made the

world's first manned flight into outer space.

Currently, the Russian industry includes the following competitive industries: oil and gas,

mining, processing of precious stones and metals, aircraft construction, rocket and space

production, nuclear industry, weapons production and much more.

There are many places in Russia where minerals are found: oil, natural gas, coal, potash salts,

nickel, tin, aluminum raw materials, tungsten, gold, platinum, asbestos, graphite, mica and

others.

Russia is the largest country in the world. Its total area is 17.1 million square kilometers. This

is larger then Australia in 2.23 times. There are 1118 cities in Russia. 83 subjects in our

federation.

Russian nature is beautiful. The nature of our country is diverse: we have huge rivers, lakes,

like the sea, dense forests, endless taiga, snowy expanses, tundra, seas.

Natural resources. The country's vast territory makes it the richest nation in terms of natural

resource wealth. The nation is a leading producer of coal, diamonds, aluminum, gemstones, iron

ore, natural gas, oil, sulfur, silicon, uranium, copper, and gold.

Russian fauna. Russian fauna is composed of 320 species of mammals, over 732 species of

birds, 75 species of reptiles and more. Approximately 1,100 of rare and endangered plant and

animal species are included in the Russian Red Data Book.

Rich history. Russia is a country with a long history. In the history of Russia there were many

difficult periods: the Tatar-Mongol invasion, serious wars, oprichnina, revolutions, famine.

There was a time when the old religious traditions of our country scared away other countries

and Russia didn’t have a serious role in international relations. Now the international authority of

Russia is very high. Many of our famous people have done a lot for the prosperity of Russia.

Russian culture. Russia is a country with long-standing cultural traditions dating back to the

pagan times. It is the homeland of many world-famous artists, writers, poets, architects,

sculptors, musicians and dancers. Russian contribution to the world culture is hard to

overestimate.

I love my homeland! I love Russia!

Geography. Russia is a huge country that occupies most of Eastern Europe and Northern Asia. It

is rich in diverse natural landscapes, from forests and mountains to steppes and lakes.

History. Russia is a country with a rich history that stretches over many centuries. From ancient

times to the present, it has played a key role in world politics, culture and economics.

Culture. Russia is famous for it’s rich cultural heritage, which includes museums, theaters,

music, literature and painting. Russian culture is considered one of the most influential and

recognizable in the world.

The Russian people. Russians are characterized by hospitality, generosity and sincerity. They

are proud of their country and history, and are always happy to share their traditions with others.

Modernity. Modern Russia strives for development and improvement in various fields,

including science, economics, technology and culture. It plays an essential role in world politics

and economics.

Conclusion. Russia is an amazing country that presents many horizons for exploration and

discovery.
